The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to determine if there are any businesses that can provide a Labrador retriever or German Shorthaired Pointer between 12 months and 24 months of age, along with training to the canine and Canine Handler, to include supplies. The intent of the project is to award a firm fixed price purchase order agreement for one base year. Interested parties should submit information about their company, technical capability, and references.
