The Caddo Parish School Board is seeking a single‑vendor solution to provide a comprehensive Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) system for its K‑12 district, protecting approximately 43 TB of data across 300‑400 servers and integrating with existing VEEAM and NetApp environments. The contract is for a three‑year term with optional one‑year renewals, and the budget range is roughly $250‑$400 K total. The solution must meet strict security and compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001) and include on‑site implementation, full integration, and semi‑annual testing.
• Protect 43 TB usable RAID‑6 storage (≈92 % utilization) for ~319 systems.
