The Cherokee Nation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, unpack, place, and fully set‑up dramatic‑play and science‑expansion materials for both infant/toddler and preschool classrooms at the Catoosa Child Development Center. The contract is a one‑time purchase order covering all materials, full‑service delivery, and removal of packaging, with a strict delivery window in early June 2026. Evaluation will be based on responsiveness, safety compliance, educational value, price, and Indian‑preference certification.
• Provide complete sets of dramatic‑play, small‑world, and science kits for 10 classrooms (4 preschool, 6 infant/toddler).
• Deliver, unload, arrange, and remove packaging on‑site between June 4‑June 19, 2026; one‑week completion after first delivery.
• All items must meet Oklahoma DHS Child Care Licensing and STARS standards; substitutions require prior written approval.
