The work includes comprehensive system checks, filter replacement, refrigerant verification, deep cleaning of coils and fans, electrical and mechanical inspections, and required water‑treatment testing for 11 water‑based sites. All findings must be documented with photographs, signed inspection forms, and labeled filters. Any repairs identified must be quoted, approved in writing, and completed by the September deadline.
