Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is seeking professional services to evaluate and integrate advanced wildfire‑risk data products from multiple vendors. The effort focuses on AI‑enhanced modeling of urban‑wildland interface (WUI) fire behavior, including structure‑to‑structure conflagration, probabilistic wildfire spread, ember‑driven propagation, suppression effects, and downstream consequences such as evacuation impacts and damage assessment. Selected vendors will provide data or model outputs for user‑specified ignition points, and will support a limited technical interview process to aid PG&E’s internal risk‑analysis capabilities. The work is confined to the PG&E service territory in northern and central California and must adhere to PG&E’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Develop or supply AI‑driven urban conflagration models that simulate fire spread between structures.
• Produce probabilistic wildfire‑risk datasets (including ember transport, suppression interaction, and consequence metrics) for defined ignition scenarios.
• Participate in technical interviews and provide limited support during PG&E’s evaluation phase.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with PG&E’s Supplier Code of Conduct and EPIC 4.34 project standards.
