Description
The U.S. Embassy in Kolonia, Pohnpei (Federated States of Micronesia) seeks a new passenger sport‑utility vehicle (SUV) to be supplied and delivered directly to the embassy. The solicitation is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ; the award will be made to the lowest‑priced, technically acceptable offer. The vehicle must meet the specifications of a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (or equivalent) and include a minimum three‑year/60‑k km warranty, appropriate safety features, and accessories suitable for tropical, rough‑road conditions. Delivery must occur within 120 calendar days after award, with prior notice to the contracting officer. All proposals must be submitted electronically by the extended deadline of 08 Sep 2026, 4 PM Pohnpei time, and the offeror must be registered in SAM.
