Detention Center Cooling Tower Rebuild

The Cumberland County Detention Center is seeking a licensed mechanical contractor to provide turnkey cooling tower rebuild services for cooling towers 1 and 2. The scope of work includes mobilizing and setting up the job site, replacing fill material, air inlet louvers, and drift eliminators, and performing other necessary tasks to rebuild the cooling towers. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in performing similar work and must be able to provide factory-trained technicians for the project. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the project. • The contractor must have experience with cooling tower rebuilds and must be able to provide references. • The contractor must be able to work within the specified timeframe and budget. • The contractor must be able to provide a 1-year warranty for the work. • The contractor must be able to provide testing, adjusting, and balancing for each tower cell.
