Fiscal Sponsor Contractor

The City of Los Angeles, Mayor’s Office of Community Safety is seeking a Fiscal Sponsor to provide comprehensive financial management, administrative infrastructure, personnel services, and project oversight. The selected contractor will be responsible for receiving, distributing, and tracking funds on behalf of the Mayor’s Office of Community Safety, as well as providing human resources support, financial reports, and compliance with applicable regulations. The contractor must be a public charity recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and qualified to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions. Key responsibilities include: • Financial management and oversight • Grant administration • Human resources support • Program coordination and collaboration with the Mayor’s Office of Community Safety • Documentation and record retention The City is looking for a contractor with at least 5 years of experience in providing fiscal sponsorship, grant administration, or comparable administrative support services. The contractor must demonstrate experience managing grants, charitable contributions, and public funds, as well as providing financial management, accounting, and human resources support.
