Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for business card printing services. The contract term is for one year, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The purchase order will be used to purchase business cards on an as-needed basis. The specifications for the business cards include a card size of 2" H x 3 1/2" W, 14-point card stock, white paper color, uncoated paper cover, and raised lettering with one-sided black ink. The quantities could range from 250 or more per order, and the delivery of the finished product should be within 10 business days from the date of the order. The bid should include the cost of required inside delivery, F.O.B. destination prepaid and allowed. The bid will be awarded based on the pricing for each of the quantities shown below: Line 10 (Price of 250 cards), Line 20 (Price of 500 cards), and Line 30 (Price of 1000 Cards).
