The Newark Board of Education is seeking a vendor to supply all cafeteria paper and plastic consumables for its 71 school kitchens for one fiscal year, with a possible one‑year renewal. The contract is unrestricted, requires FOB destination delivery inside school kitchens between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m., and mandates free sample submission by the bid‑opening date. Vendors must provide firm unit prices, meet U.S. domestic preference where possible, and carry required insurance. No bid or performance bonds are required.
