This opportunity seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive snow‑and‑ice removal services for the 99th Readiness Division at the US Army Reserve installation in Owings Mills, MD. The work includes plowing, sanding, salting, ice removal, and related site‑maintenance tasks across all paved and unpaved areas identified on the provided site map, with a strict two‑hour response requirement after notification. Performance is measured against a Performance Requirements Summary with a 98 % compliance target and a limit of one valid customer complaint per month.
