Erie County is seeking a qualified concessionaire to operate the food‑service “Casino” building at Chestnut Ridge Park in Orchard Park, NY. The contractor will run a winter‑season concession stand (with optional spring‑fall extensions), may provide catering for park events, and may install up to two vending machines or rent/sell seasonal sporting equipment, all while complying with New York sanitary codes and county insurance requirements. The County will furnish a set of kitchen equipment and pay for utilities; the successful proposer must pay a minimum annual rent of $2,000 (in two installments) and meet a 180‑day proposal validity period. The contract runs for three years starting around November 1, 2026, and requires full, signed submissions (original + three copies) delivered in person by August 11, 2026.
