Description
The 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion / Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria is seeking a Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator for USAG Bavaria - Garmisch & Hohenfels in Germany. The contractor will perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is provided with the solicitation. The Period of Performance is expected to start on 2 February 2026 and includes one base year and four one-year option years. The position is part-time, with no estimated FTE allocation, and travel costs should be incorporated into the quote as this is a firm fixed-price contract.
• The contractor will provide administrative support for the parish community.
• The contractor will be responsible for performing tasks as specified in the PWS.
• The contractor should include all associated expenses in their proposal.
• The government is looking for a part-time employee to support both Garmisch and Hohenfels locations.
• Travel to Garmisch will be at a bi-monthly or quarterly basis, with primary duties remaining in Hohenfels.
