The California Department of Transportation is seeking a multi-provider on-call and as-needed title and escrow services for the acquisition of properties in Humboldt County. The selected bidder will provide quick and timely preliminary reports on multiple parcels associated with transportation projects, and may also provide escrow services. The bidder must be a title and escrow company regulated by the California Department of Insurance and must be able to provide services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Providing title and escrow services for the acquisition of properties
• Conducting title searches and providing preliminary reports
• Providing escrow services for parcels requiring such services
