Case Management and Outreach Services for People Experiencing Homelessness on LAWA properties (Personal Services)

The Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive homelessness outreach services across all LAWA properties. The selected proposer will deploy a dedicated two-person outreach team to operate full-time during daytime and as-needed nighttime hours. The team will collaborate closely with LAWA security and public safety personnel to identify, engage, assess, and connect individuals experiencing homelessness to appropriate housing and support services. The provider will be responsible for submitting weekly written reports detailing key metrics such as terminal counts, number of assessments and engagements, and successful transports to shelter or housing options.
