Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a contractor to provide Access Control System and Card Reader Update and Installation Services for the EDD facility at 5009 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95820. The contractor will be responsible for installing card reader access control systems and making repairs where needed. The project term is from May 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. A mandatory walkthrough will be held on February 24, 2026, at 10:00 am PT.
• The contractor must have a valid California contractor's license (C-10 or C-7) and (C-28 or D-28).
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a cost proposal, bidder declaration, and other required documents.
• The contractor must attend the mandatory walkthrough and provide a list of subcontractors, if applicable.
• The contractor must comply with the California Public Records Act and provide all required documents and information.
• The contractor must certify that they are not debarred, suspended, or ineligible to participate in federal contracts.
• The contractor must provide a payee data record and other required tax documents.
