Description
The United States Marine Corps is seeking to procure a variety of band instruments, including trombones, oboes, clarinets, trumpets, and bassoons. The instruments must conform to the salient characteristics specified in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed action is set aside for 100% small business. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system.
* The contract requires the delivery of band instruments to the Distribution Management Office at Camp Lejeune, NC.
* The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for each instrument.
* The contract includes various clauses, such as the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program clause, and the clause regarding prohibited business operations in Sudan.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and environmental protection.
