RFR 263234 Pharmacy Services

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) and the State Office for Pharmacy Services (SOPS) are issuing this Request for Responses (RFR) to solicit proposals from qualified bidders to provide pharmacy management and staffing services. The new pharmacy service contract will be awarded to one successful bidder and will start on July 1, 2026, following a 120-day transition period. The contractor will be expected to provide various reports and documentation, including operational, clinical, and fiscal reports, as well as maintain certain documents such as job titles, resumes, and licenses. • The contractor will be responsible for providing pharmacy management and staffing services to the SOPS program. • The contract will start on July 1, 2026, and will last for 8 years. • The contractor will be expected to provide various reports and documentation, including operational, clinical, and fiscal reports. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining certain documents such as job titles, resumes, and licenses. • The contractor will be expected to collaborate with SOPS administration in determining the specific level of support required for the generation of reports. • The contractor will be expected to modify or produce additional reports due to changes in regulations, the operating environment, or any other modifications to the SOPS program.
