Description
The City of Montpelier, Vermont is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to be considered for its pre-qualified list for various construction, repair, and maintenance projects. The contractors will provide services such as building jacking, demolition, excavation, general contracting, carpentry, roofing, concrete, flooring and tile, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• The City is seeking contractors with expertise in specific trades and services.
• The submission requirements include company information, licenses and certifications, insurance, experience and references, and cost and pricing information.
• The evaluation and selection process will be based on experience, qualifications, completeness of the submission, quality of references, and financial stability.
• The submission deadline is 3/4/2026 at 4:30 PM EST.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to negotiate with any qualified firm.
