Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide snow, ice, and sleet removal services for the capitol complex in Jefferson City, Missouri. The contractor will be responsible for providing services on a 24/7 basis to ensure safe pedestrian and automobile traffic. The scope of work includes plowing, piling, hauling, blowing snow, and applying sand, salt, and ice melt compound. The contractor must meet minimum experience requirements and provide services in accordance with city ordinances and applicable laws and regulations.
* Minimum experience requirements: 2 years of experience providing snow, ice, and sleet removal services for commercial or governmental facilities
* Services to be provided: snow, ice, and sleet removal, plowing, piling, hauling, blowing snow, and applying sand, salt, and ice melt compound
* Locations: various parking lots and driveways in the capitol complex
* Contract period: 1 year
* Payment terms: weekly invoices, payment due 30 days after receipt of invoice
