Description
The State of Vermont is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver comprehensive onsite occupational health services—including audiometric testing, respirator fit testing, pulmonary function testing, chest X‑rays, TB screening, hepatitis B vaccination, and related medical examinations—across multiple state agency locations. The contractor must provide certified technicians, maintain climate‑controlled testing environments, comply with OSHA, MSHA, and related regulations, and submit detailed same‑day and quarterly reporting. The contract is a 24‑month fixed‑term with options for three additional one‑year renewals, and pricing must be firm for the initial term.
• Provide full‑day onsite visits for hearing, respirator, and medical clearance testing at ten Agency of Transportation sites (and additional sites as needed).
• Deliver laboratory‑grade equipment calibration, health questionnaires, and on‑site vaccination/titer services, adhering to all federal and state occupational health standards.
• Submit quarterly sales and performance reports, maintain strict confidentiality under 29 CFR 1910.1020, and meet Vermont’s environmental and cybersecurity requirements.
