Lawn Service for the DEP Office in Fayetteville, WV

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for Lawn Care Services for the WVDEP office located at 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway Fayetteville, WV. The successful Vendor shall perform weekly all lawn care services for the grounds around the building, sidewalks and parking lot. Key responsibilities include: * Mowing, trimming, edging grass around all sidewalks, sidewalk cracks and parking lot * Removal of all lawn debris clippings and litter from the building grounds and parking lot * Apply weed control to sidewalks and parking lot, where needed
