Provide Tableau Creator and Viewer Licenses- TO

Coastal Carolina University is seeking a source to provide Tableau Creator and Viewer licenses for a one-year period. The intended use of the Creator licenses is to make data more accessible for all users across campus, while the Viewer licenses will allow viewers access to various reports generated by users of the Explorer and Creator licenses. The university desires to obtain 8 Tableau Creator licenses and 275 Tableau Viewer licenses. The contract is estimated to begin on March 19, 2026, and end on March 18, 2027. Key considerations include the ability to ensure continuity of dashboards and historical data within the software, as well as compliance with various security and data protection requirements. • The university is currently utilizing the Tableau Creator and Viewer platforms. • The new licenses obtained must ensure continuity of dashboards that have been created within the software as well as historical data that exists within the software. • Any potential offeror must be a certified Tableau reseller. • The university reserves the right to obtain additional licenses if needed during the duration of the contract, and at the same price as proposed and awarded.
