The Orange County Superintendent of Schools (OCSD) is seeking a single contractor to provide comprehensive custodial and janitorial services for multiple K‑12 school sites and district administrative offices throughout Orange County, California. The contract will cover daily nighttime cleaning, weekly detailed cleaning, periodic deep‑cleaning, carpet care, exterior pressure washing, and related supervisory and reporting requirements. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and cleaning chemicals (green‑seal certified), maintain on‑call coverage, and adhere to strict safety, background‑check, and insurance standards.
