Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a contractor to provide two distinct but related services: travel literature fulfillment and online ordering system. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services, which may be awarded as a combined contract to a single vendor or as separate contracts to multiple vendors, based on the best value and qualifications presented. The services include data processing, packaging, labeling, and mailing of literature as a package. The contractor must register through the Euna Procurement website and apply to be on the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) to receive bidding opportunities.
• The contractor must provide travel literature fulfillment services, including data processing, packaging, labeling, and mailing of literature as a package.
• The contractor must provide an online ordering system for TxDOT.
• The contractor must register through the Euna Procurement website and apply to be on the CMBL.
• The contractor must monitor the TxDOT Procurement Portal for any addendums, additional documents, questions, and answers, or changes.
• The contractor must submit responses by the due date and time specified on the posting.
