The Commonwealth of Kentucky is establishing a Master Agreement to supply NCR‑brand paper to Kentucky Correctional Industries, primarily for the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex. Vendors must submit an electronic bid through the state eProcurement system, entering a nominal $.01 unit price; actual pricing is provided on a separate bid sheet.
