ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE INITIATIVE (ADI) AND COMMUNITY CARE FOR THE ELDERLY (CCE) IN HOME SERVICES

The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors to provide in-home services under the Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative (ADI) and Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) programs. The services include Homemaker, Personal Care, and Respite Services to support functionally impaired elderly individuals. The County intends to establish multiple agreements with qualified providers. • The services must be delivered under both ADI and CCE programs. • The contractors must be able to provide all required services. • The funding availability is contingent upon Senior Connection Center, Inc. • The County is looking for qualified providers to establish multiple agreements.
