DoT Audio Description and Integration Services

The City of Columbus, Department of Technology is seeking bids for Audio Description Integration and Support Services. The selected vendor will provide comprehensive services to ensure all City media content complies with WCAG 2.2 AA and ADA Title II standards. The contract will be for one year with the option for two additional one-year renewals. The vendor will be responsible for providing audio descriptions for live and pre-recorded events, including Columbus City Council and Zoning Meetings. • The vendor must provide a narrative description of software to be utilized and any backup systems in place to ensure uninterrupted service. • The vendor must comply with all Workers’ Compensation laws of the State of Ohio and provide proof of coverage. • The vendor must carry at least the minimum amounts of Commercial Liability Insurance (Bodily Injury and Property Damage) naming the City as an additional insured.
