The City of Panama City Beach is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive auctioneer services for the disposition of surplus city assets and unclaimed property. The contractor must handle all aspects of the auction process, including item pickup, safe transport to the auction site, and execution of both online and reverse auctions. No minimum volume of assets is guaranteed, and the city expects the auctioneer to operate efficiently and protect assets from damage throughout the process. • Provide full‑service auction management (listing, marketing, online/reverse auction execution). • Collect, transport, and safely store items from City property to the auction venue. • Operate without a guaranteed minimum number of assets; flexibility to handle variable inventory. • Attend a non‑mandatory pre‑proposal meeting on July 27 2026 to learn details and request virtual access.
