Description
The Delaware Army National Guard is seeking sources for Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) inspection and preventive maintenance services. The services include inspection and maintenance of Life Preserver Units, Lightweight Immersion Suits, Individual Life Rafts, Helicopter Emergency Egress Devices, and 8-person Life Rafts. The contract type is anticipated to be firm-fixed price, and the Level of Effort for three years is estimated at significantly less than $100,000.
• The contractor will provide ALSE inspection and preventive maintenance services for the specified helicopter equipment.
• The contractor will manage a task of this nature and provide details on their ability to self-perform at least 50 percent of the work.
• The contractor will recommend the number of units shipped to them at one time for economic order quantity discounts.
• The contractor will provide a statement including their current small/large business status and company profile.
• The contractor will indicate whether they qualify as a Small, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern, or other socio-economic category.
