Description
The Town of New Milford is soliciting competitive bids from qualified firms for the replacement and installation of walk-in cooler and freezer condensers and evaporator units at the John Pettibone Community Center. The project includes the removal of existing units, installation of new condensing and evaporator units, and testing of the systems. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 5-year base manufacturer's warranty and a 1-year installation warranty. The project is expected to be completed within 3 months from the start of construction.
• The bidder must have at least 5 years of experience working on similar projects.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 19, 2026, at 10:00 am.
• The bidder must submit their bid electronically through the Town's procurement portal by September 3, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
