RECYCLABLES COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND MARKETING SERVICES

The City of Dunedin is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a solid waste and recyclables collection system. The proposed system should include a five-day-per-week collection schedule, processing and marketing of the City's recyclables, and on-call hauling services. The City currently collects residential waste from approximately 11,800 accounts and provides bulk material and yard waste collection. The City also has 41 households receiving backdoor service for medical or hardship reasons and 80 residents serviced on historic roads and in hard-to-service areas.
