RFP 26-02 Employee Assistance Program

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District is seeking a contractor to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for its employees, dependents, and retirees. The EAP should support sworn and civilian members, providing a high-quality, confidential, and responsive program with specialized experience working with members of the fire service and public safety. The contractor will be expected to collaborate with the District's Wellness, Health & Safety Division and Peer Support coordinators. The key aspects of the proposal include experience and qualifications, methodology and approach, technology and security, past performance, and cost proposal. Some of the key requirements include: • Providing a comprehensive and confidential EAP • Supporting the behavioral health and emotional well-being of District personnel and their families • Collaborating with the District's Wellness, Health & Safety Division and Peer Support coordinators • Demonstrating experience working with members of the fire service and public safety • Providing a high-quality and responsive program
