PSP Troop L Jonestown Lawn Care Services

The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking a vendor to provide lawn care maintenance services at the Troop L Jonestown facility. The services include mowing, trimming, pruning, weed control, and additional services such as annual fall clean up and retention pond maintenance. The contractor must visit the site before bidding and take into consideration all conditions that may affect the bid price. The contract duration is 5 years. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform the services. • The contractor must sign in upon arrival and after completion of work. • The contractor must remove all clippings, trimmings, and lawn debris from the premises. • The contractor must not store equipment on PSP properties when not in use. • The Commonwealth will pay only for services rendered and has no obligation to have the contractor perform any work or minimum amount under this contract.
