Description
This opportunity calls for a full‑scale replacement, upgrade, and integration of the existing IP‑based security, movement, and surveillance camera system at Marin County Juvenile Hall, including all associated access‑control, intercom, and fence‑detection hardware. The work must preserve existing door‑control functionality, provide new IP cameras, upgrade network infrastructure, and deliver a fully integrated video‑management system compliant with state prevailing‑wage and public‑works regulations.
• Replace and augment interior/exterior IP cameras, retaining functional integration with door‑control and intercom systems.
• Install new structured‑cable (CAT6A) and single‑mode fiber backbone, UPS‑supported power, and updated network switches/patch panels.
• Provide VMS integration (Bosch BVMS baseline, with approved‑equal options such as Genetec or Avigilon) and complete commissioning, testing, and one‑year warranty.
