2025 Montrose County Event Center Roof Leak Reapair

Montrose County is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to repair/remedy the water ingress on the front side of the Event Center in rooms one, two, four, and kitchen. The project will take place at the Montrose County Event Center, 1036 N 7th Street, Montrose, Colorado 81401. The scope of work includes remedying water ingress into the building using best industry practices and procedures, guaranteeing the stoppage of water entering the facility, and providing a turn-key solution. Key requirements include: • Guaranteed stoppage of water ingress into the facilities meeting rooms • Guarantee that all work will cure the problem or that warranty work will be available until 24 months after completion date • Work to be done weather permitting upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed to Spring 2026 • Any alterations or damage done to the facility must be fixed to County’s satisfaction prior to the completion of the project • Contractor shall block off all work areas and assure those areas are cordoned off from the public during the entire project • Contractor shall work with Event Center staff to accommodate event schedule and to minimize the downtime of the facility • All proposals shall include an itemized list of associated costs
