The Lewis County Schools district is seeking a qualified professional‑development provider to deliver a focused leadership training program for its district leadership team. The effort will consist of ten days of blended workshops, coaching sessions, and follow‑up webinars designed to strengthen standards‑based instruction, consistent grading practices, and the sustainment of effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). The vendor must supply all training materials, real‑time coaching, and post‑implementation support, and must submit an itemized cost proposal. The contract runs from October 1 2025 through June 1 2026, with potential for two one‑year renewals.
