The County is seeking a contractor to replace the aging boiler system at the Pinto Campus IT facility. The work includes removal of an existing 250 MBH Lochinvar boiler and associated equipment, installation of two new 500 MBH near‑condensing boilers with all required pumps, piping, supports, gas service, roof penetrations, and concrete pad extensions, plus full testing, balancing, commissioning, and integration with the existing building‑automation system. The project also requires coordination with Southwest Gas Company and the procurement of new Johnson Controls controls.
• Demolition of existing boiler, pump, circulation, and related mechanical components.
• Supply, install, and connect two 500 MBH non‑condensing boilers, associated pumps, piping, gas meters, and roof flues.
• Structural modifications (concrete pad extension, wall openings for louvers) and roofing work.
• Complete testing, adjusting, balancing, commissioning, and BACnet control integration via Johnson Controls.
