RFB-7549 American LaFrance fire apparatus repair parts-repair services as needed

The City of Yonkers is seeking a vendor to provide OEM replacement parts and/or equal quality to original equipment for repairs required for American LaFrance fire apparatus. The vendor will be required to supply parts and services as needed. The purchase type is "One Time Only- Delivery Date:ASAP AS NEEDED". The warranty period is at least 90 days. • The vendor must provide invoice from their source of American Lafrance parts to show proof of percentage markup when invoicing the City of Yonkers. • The vendor must give the City cars/trucks priority when scheduling repairs. • The vendor must indicate if they require advance notice for scheduling vehicles for inspections or repairs. • The vendor's warranty coverage must be at least 90 days, excluding brakes, alternators, and batteries.
