Description
The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta requires professional services to perform preventive maintenance of the facility's Cooling Towers. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options. The contractor shall provide all materials, supervision, labor, tools, and equipment to perform preventive maintenance. The contractor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and other applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor shall perform semi-annual and annual maintenance of the Cooling Towers.
• The contractor shall provide a detailed report of any discrepancies found with the Cooling Towers.
• The contractor shall provide a bill of materials and price quote for any repair materials required.
• The contractor shall provide proof of System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
