Description
NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking qualified Construction Management (CM) firms to provide on‑demand CM services for a variety of hospital infrastructure, modernization, and rehabilitation projects ranging from $1 M to $20 M in construction cost. Up to seven CM contracts will be awarded on an as‑needed basis, each with a three‑year base term and two optional one‑year renewals. The solicitation requires a 30 % MWBE participation goal, a minimum of five recent CM projects of $5 M+ each, and key personnel with senior certifications (CCM, PE, PMP, etc.). Proposals are submitted via Google Forms, and pricing is based on all‑inclusive hourly rates with an overhead‑profit multiplier for fiscal years 2027‑2031.
• Provide full‑cycle CM services (pre‑construction budgeting, risk, design review, permitting, bid support, schedule & cost control, safety, inspections, change‑order management, and close‑out).
• Must meet stringent security and data‑privacy requirements (HIPAA‑aligned vendor security checklist) and submit a MWBE Utilization Plan or waiver.
• Awards are not guaranteed; individual projects will be assigned via work orders or mini‑RFPs after the initial contract award.
