Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, package, and deliver a comprehensive list of milk and dairy products to 85 K‑12 sites for the 2026‑27 school‑year nutrition program. The contract is a fixed‑price, “all‑or‑nothing” award with a base term of one year and up‑to‑two one‑year extensions. • Deliver to 85 schools/centers twice weekly, using refrigerated trucks, within the 5 a.m.–10 a.m. window and finished by 1 p.m. PT.
• Comply with Buy‑American (≥ 51 % domestic content) and Good Food Purchasing Program preferences for local and socially‑disadvantaged producers.
• Provide HACCP/food‑safety plan, training for district staff, and integrate with the district’s Titan LINQ Nutrition ordering portal.
