Bryan Independent School District (Bryan ISD) is seeking an “on‑call” contractor to provide comprehensive refrigeration services on an as‑needed basis for its schools and CTE facilities. The scope includes installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and warranty support for a wide range of equipment such as walk‑in coolers, freezers, pass‑through units, ice machines, milk coolers, floral coolers, and other culinary arts refrigeration assets. The contract term runs from October 6 2026 through June 30 2027 with the possibility of up to three one‑year extensions. Vendors must submit sealed proposals online by the deadline, provide required certifications (liability, Form 1295, etc.), and agree to firm pricing for the contract term. Evaluation will consider price (40 %) and vendor experience, past performance with school districts, and quality of goods/services. • Services: preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment inspections, parts replacement, and warranty work for all district refrigeration assets. • Equipment covered: walk‑in refrigerators/coolers, stand‑alone units, pass‑through freezers/refrigerators, ice machines, milk coolers, floral coolers, and related culinary equipment. • Contract period: 9 months (Oct 6 2026 – Jun 30 2027) with up to three optional one‑year renewals. • Submission: sealed electronic proposals via eBid system by 1 PM CT on 10/6/2026; questions due 5 PM CT on 9/29/2026. • Required attachments: vendor packet, certificate of liability, Form 1295, and any other mandatory documents. • Evaluation criteria: price (40 %), experience with similar work (20 %), experience with school districts (15 %), quality references (25 %). • Payment terms: Net 30 days after invoice; firm pricing throughout contract; price changes require written approval 30 days in advance.
