Sakura Finetek Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glas g2 Slide Cover slipper Preventive Maintenance and Service Agreement

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a preventive maintenance and service agreement for the Prisma Plus Automated Slide Stainer and Tissue-Tek Glas g2 Slide Cover slipper. The agreement will be awarded on a sole source basis to Sakura Finetek USA, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer. The contract will have a base year and three option years, with a total duration of 48 months. The selected vendor will be required to provide OEM-certified preventive maintenance and repair services, proprietary software support and firmware updates, access to genuine OEM replacement parts, and factory-trained and authorized service engineers. • The contract will be for a firm-fixed-price. • The vendor must be able to provide OEM-certified services and support. • The vendor must have access to proprietary service documentation, diagnostics, and validated performance requirements. • The vendor must be able to provide compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CLIA, CAP).
