This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace the complete HVAC system in the Operations Building of the F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center. The work includes demolition of existing equipment, construction of new equipment pads, supply and installation of three air‑handling units, two chilled‑water pumps, ten VAV terminal units, associated ductwork, piping, electrical work, and a Niagara‑based DDC control system. The building remains occupied 24/7, requiring temporary cooling provision and phased installation to avoid interruption of water‑resource operations. The contract also requires commissioning, training, and delivery of full O&M documentation.
• Demolition and removal of existing AHUs, pumps, VAVs, ductwork, and related components.
• Installation of new AHUs (including relocation of one unit), pumps, VAV boxes, ductwork, piping, electrical distribution, and integration with the existing Building Management System via open‑protocol BACnet.
• Provision of temporary cooling units, commissioning, start‑up, balancing, on‑site training, and submission of hard‑copy and electronic operation manuals.
