The State of Illinois (IDNR) is seeking a vendor to operate the World Shooting & Recreational Complex (WSRC) Gift Shop Concession in Sparta, IL. The contract is a rent‑based, price‑focused award where the highest responsible bidder secures the lease for a five‑year initial term (with optional five‑year renewal) and must provide all staffing, inventory, POS equipment, and compliance with numerous operational restrictions.
