The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to perform surface preparation and multi‑color painting of structural steel components associated with the North Ohio Street Bridge, including fences, barriers, lighting poles, and rail sections. Bidders must be pre‑qualified by the Kansas Department of Transportation for Work Type Q (Painting Structural Steel). The contract will award three sets of plans and specifications, with additional sets available for purchase.
