Chatbot AI Powered - Taxation External Facing Intelligent Agent

The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) is seeking a qualified vendor to design and implement an AI-powered chatbot solution to improve taxpayer experience on tax.ohio.gov. The solution should provide a Natural Language powered Intelligent Agent, enable secure controls, improve customer experience, and support integration with internal systems through APIs. The scope of work includes requirement gathering, system design and architecture, application development, testing, training, maintenance, and support. The vendor should have experience in conducting similar projects and provide references. • The chatbot should answer taxpayer questions, provide chat reporting and analysis, and offer customized branding. • The solution should be integrated with other systems through APIs and support omni-channels. • The vendor should provide IT and end-user training sessions and produce user manuals. • The solution should be WCAG2.1 Level AA compliant and have screen reader compatibility. • The vendor should provide post-launch technical support and application tuning for 6 months.
