RFP 2026-1167 Maintenance and Repair Supplies Equipment

Texas Tech University is seeking cost-effective proposals for maintenance and repair supplies and equipment to support the sustainability of a large-scale research institute. The proposal should include a discounted pricing model for supplies that meet or exceed industry standards and comply with applicable federal, state, and TTU specifications. The scope of work includes HVAC supplies, plumbing and bathroom supplies, electrical supplies, grounds maintenance supplies, lighting supplies, water treatment and pool chemicals and supplies, general supplies, and construction/building supplies. The proposal should also include hourly rate fees for services related to installation, maintenance, warranty, and dismantling of the requested supplies. • The proposal should be submitted online through the TechBid system by October 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM CDT. • The evaluation criteria include financial value, demonstrated ability to fulfill TTU's requirements, value-added options, and quality assurance plan. • The contract term is expected to be four years, with the option to renew for up to four one-year terms. • The contractor will be required to provide insurance certificates and maintain the required coverage throughout the contract term.
