The 18th Contracting Squadron is hosting an Industry Day to inform industry partners about an anticipated requirement for Grounds Maintenance services at Multiple Installations across Okinawa, Japan. The purpose of this event is to provide a forum for the Government to share information and to better understand the capabilities of the marketplace. The event will allow potential offerors to ask preliminary questions and provide valuable feedback. Topics will include the contract's objectives, potential scope, and the anticipated timeline for the official solicitation.
• The event will be held on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, at 0900-1100 JST at Jack's Place at the Rocker Annex.
• Vendors will require base access to attend and must submit the required information for each attendee to be included on the Entry Authorization List (EAL).
• The Government is seeking to identify interested vendors and encourages businesses with the capability to perform large-scale grounds maintenance services to express their interest by sending an email to the Point of Contact.
